Tenders are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider to Supply Deliver and Offload Lime Gypsum and Fertilizer Including Micronutrients and Speciality Products for a Period of 36 Months Closing Date Time 17 09 2020 11 00amCategory Other service activitiesSpecial Conditions All bids to be submitted with required supporting documents i e Certified BBBEE Certificate Original Sworn Affidavit Valid Tax Clearance Certificate all copies if not original to be certified and the service provider must be registered on CSD Where copies of original documentation are submitted those copies must be certified and must not be copies of certified copies Original certification should not be older than three 3 months Failure to comply with this requirement shall invalidate the bid submitted Bids will be evaluated as per PPPFA Regulations 2017 Only tenderers who meet the following prequalification criteria may respond BBBEE level 1 as per the provisions of section 4 1 a of the PPPFA Regulations 2017 andEME or QSE as per the provisions of section 4 1 b of the PPPFA Regulations 2017 Ensure that you complete the Local Content where is applicableDepartment is not obliged to appoint the cheapest tenderer and reserves a right not to accept any submission and to re advertise if it so wishes Services providers will be adjudicated in terms of the Supply Management Policy using the prescribed point system based on the Preferential Point System Policy Framework Act Act 5 of 2005 and its preferential procurement regulations 2017 as well as the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 All information required in the bid document must be accurate and duly completed Including all the appropriate signatures The Department reserves the right to verify all information submitted Non compliance with the above shall result in elimination from further processes No late quotations will be accepted after a closing date and time
