Request for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Developing Master Plan Topographical Survey Geotechnical Investigation Detailed Design Works Preparation of Tender Document and Supervision of Construction Works Proposed Fully Furnished of Celpat BuildingsConsultancy services for developing Master Plan Topographical survey Geotechnical Investigation Detailed design works Preparation of Tender documents and Supervision of Construction works for the proposed fully furnished Academic Block Teaching Block Workshops Laboratories Tannery Student hostels Staff residence foreign Instructors flat and Effluent Treatment Plant ETP at Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology Mwanza Campus The consultancy services will be carried out in three 3 phases as follows Phase I Development of a Master plan for the land use Preliminary and Detailed Design and preparation of Tender documents Phase II Post contract services and supervision during construction the Consultant shall be fully responsible for supervision of the construction works from beginning to the successful completion of the works including the defect liability period as specified in the contractPhase III Consulting Services to be provided during Defects Liability PeriodThe Consultant shall oversee the works during the Defects Liability Period through regular visits This assignment is expected to be completed within 4 months for the Pre Contract Stage 12 months for the Post Contract Stage and 12 months for the Defect Liability Period
