General Procurement Notice For Energy Efficiency Project In Office Buildings Federal Public Administration Eoapf The Project Comprises The Following Components Component I Investment In High Energy Efficiency Equipment This Component Will Support Investments Which Serve As Demonstration Effect To Implement The Replacement Of High Energy Users In The Agencies Of The Federal Public Administration Dyeapf Energy Team High Efficiency Ee Its Objectives Are I Project Development Executive Pe Pe Include Conducting Energy Audits Focused On Lighting And Air Conditioning In Office Buildings Of The Federal Public Administration Eoapf The Calculation Of The Investment Required For Its Implementation The Specifications Of The Equipment To Be Installed And Services Contract The Definition Of Logistics For The Implementation Of The Pe And The Time Required For It And Ii The Implementation Of Pe By Replacing Lighting Equipment And Air Conditioning Guzzling By Technology High Efficiency Component Ii Institutional Strengthening And Implementation Support This Component Will Support Capacity Building Of Dyeapf In The Evaluation And Quantification Of Potential Savings Existing In The Selection Acquisition Operation And Maintenance Of Consumer Equipment As Well As The Development Of Proposals To Improve Ee In Particular This Component Will Support A The Development And Implementation Of A System For Monitoring Consumption And Energy Savings In The Dyeapf Which Will Be Used By The National Commission For The Efficient Use Of Energy Conuee Which Higher Consumption Will Identify The Ranges Established By Area And Main Equipment B Designing A Strategy For Capacity Building And Institutional Strengthening In The Field Of Ee Dyeapf Which Will Give The Necessary Maintenance To Achieve Savings Measures Implemented Ee And Identify Evaluate And Propose New Shares Of Ee C Capacity In Operation Control And Maintenance Of High Efficiency Equipment That Will Be Installed As A Result Of The Project Thereby Ensuring Proper Operation And Obtaining Savings Established And D Activities To Support Project Management Hiring Works And Various Consulting Services And Goods Procurement Contracts Financed Under The Loan They Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Policies For The Procurement Of Goods And Works Financed By The Inter American Development Bank Dated March 2011 Which Are Contained In Document Gn 2349 9 And Is Open To All Bidders From Countries That Are Eligible As Specified In These Policies With Regard To Consulting Services These Will Be Selected In Accordance With The Policies For The Selection And Employment Of Consultants Financed By The Inter American Development Bank March 2011 Which Are Contained In Document Gn 2350 9
