The objective of this TC is to design and pilot innovative financial instruments in the transportation sector, toward accelerating the transition to a more sustainable economy, including: (i) green bonds to finance urban transportation and electromobility; (ii) Results based loans and guarantees to finance PPPs; (iii) global loans to finance small operators; and (iv) PBLs for sectoral reforms, among others.
