Project Description
A sovereign loan (the "Loan") to the Republic of Moldova (the "Borrower") for the benefit of S.E. Posta Moldovei ("Posta Moldovei" or the "Company") to enhance the Companys digital transition by implementing e-Payment solutions and support the modernisation of the Companys infrastructure.
Project Objectives
The Project will support Posta Moldovei to develop an e-Wallet, diversify its services, contribute to e-Commerce development in Moldova, and will support the modernisation of its infrastructure, including an upgrade of mail sorting centre and operations, automation of international parcels processing, upgrade of IT infrastructure related to postal operations, fleet renewal. |
