The Types Of Construction Works Can Be Considered As Follows: Repair Of Bathrooms; Internal Repair Of A Corridor And Staircase (Plaster And Painting), Installation Of A New Laminate On Floor In Classrooms. The Quantities Of Construction Works Are Identified With The Quantitative Account Enclosed In The Technical Specification. It Summarizes The Necessary Activities That Would Generally Achieve The Purpose Of The Repair Works, Namely: Improving The Technical Base; Achieving A Complete Solution To Ensure A Safe Environment For Children And Staff. All Requirements, Incl. The Volume And Scope Of The Award Are Specified In The Attached Technical Specification.
