The documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed to the Director General, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja and clearly marked with (the name of the project and Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box in front of IPCR Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja) not later than 12 noon, Monday, 12th May, 2025. 8.0 OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION/EOI DOCUMENTS The Prequalification/EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12 noon, Monday, 12th May, 2025 in the Conference Hall, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, Plot 496, Abogo Largema Street, Off Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
