Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – 1.2025 Construction Of The Teaching Building Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Silesian Piasts In Wrocław. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Teaching Building At The Medical University Of Warsaw. Silesian Piasts In Wrocław. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Using Prefabricated Technology, Together With Additional Works Resulting From The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit, Obtaining A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit And Obtaining All Required Regulations. Decision Rights. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) Containing, Among Others, Functional And Utility Program And Architectural Concept. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Technical Documentation By Indicating A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Technical Or Quality Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Above-Mentioned. Elements Of The Documentation And Such A Reference Is Implicitly Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In This Tor. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution Or Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Using In The Procurement Documents References To Polish Standards Transposing European Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications, International Standards Or Other References Referred To In Art. 42 Section 3 Letter B Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement, Repealing Directive 2004/18/Ec, Has In Mind These Standards Or Equivalent Ones, And Such A Reference Is Implicitly Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Preparation Of A Construction Design, Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs With Annexes, Land Development, Technical Infrastructure And A Description Of The Solutions, Technologies, Materials And Devices Used, Exhaustive In Their Scope Of The Investment Program. Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate And Stwiorb; B) Obtaining A Building Permit Along With Completing The Necessary Administrative And Legal Formalities, Including Obtaining Changed Connection Conditions From Network Operators (If Necessary) On Behalf Of The Investor And Obtaining All Arrangements Aimed At Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Construction Of A Building And Additional Facilities , While Applying The Laws And Regulations Listed In The Functional And Utility Program, The Design Concept; C) Construction In Accordance With The Development Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party
