Auction Sale Of Total Qty=12 Nos, Description:-Scrap And Unserviciable Massonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Block No: New Loco Colony 153/1-12, Total:- 12 Units Type I (Plinth Area 30.78 Sq.M Of Each Unit; Including Ac Sheet Roof) Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Rly Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. (Electrical And Water Supply Fittings Also Not Included In Auction, Hence If Found May Be Returned Back To Store Holder). (3) Any Loss To Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway.
