Waste Analysis Services – 1-D-01701-24 Waste Sorting Analyses. The Waste Sorting Analysis Assignment With Reference 1-D-01701-24 That Is Described In This Descriptive Document Concerns The Performance Of Sorting Analyzes Of Various Waste Flows From Rotterdam Households. The Sorting Analysis Is A Means Of Gaining Insight Into The Composition Of Household Residual Waste And Mono Streams, Such As Waste Paper/Cardboard (Opk) And Organic Waste/Gfe. The Municipality Of Rotterdam Carries Out Sorting Analyzes To Test And Adjust Its Waste Policy. The Service Consists Of: 1) Receiving And Storing Waste Samples Selected And Collected By The Municipality. -Residual Waste: Sorting And Measuring The Fractions (Gfe+T, Waste Paper And Cardboard (Opk), Textiles, Glass And Pmd). -Gfe+T: Sorting And Measuring The Sub-Fractions Of The Separately Collected Gfe+T Waste (Food Waste, Garden And Pruning Waste, Bread, Vegetable And Fruit Waste) -Opk: Sorting And Measuring The Sub-Fractions Of The Separately Collected Waste Paper And Cardboard (Cardboard And Paper Packaging, Magazines, Newspapers, Addressed Printed Matter And Loose Paper, Unaddressed Printed Matter). - Bulky Waste, Wood, Glass And Any Other Waste Flows. A Specification Of The Subfractions To Be Sorted And Measured Will Follow When The Further Order Is Issued. 2) After Sorting, Deposit The Sorted Waste In Streams In The Appropriate Containers Made Available By The Municipality. Tcreating A Sorting Report In Accordance With The Sample Report (Appendix 12). 3) In Exceptional Cases, Making A Sorting Location Available When The Municipality Does Not Have A Suitable Location Available And When The Municipality Requests This. Scope: This Involves Carrying Out: -A Six-Monthly Sorting Analysis Of Household Residual Waste Based On 13 Samples, Of Approximately 750 Kg Per Sample (Mini Containers, Indoor Rolling Containers And Bottom-Discharging Containers). -An Annual Sorting Analysis Of Waste Paper And Cardboard Based On 13 Samples Of Approximately 750 Kg Per Sample. -A Six-Monthly Sorting Analysis Of Gfe/Gft Based On 13 Samples Of Approximately 750 Kg Per Sample, Possibly Expanded With A Maximum Of 3 Additional Samples (Specials) For The Rollout Of Separate Gfe Collection. Options: -The Municipality May Want To Have Sorting Analyzes Carried Out On Other Separated Flows, Such As Bulky Waste Wood And Glass. -The Municipality May Want To Have Sorting Analyzes Carried Out On Other Waste Flows, Other Than Household Residual Waste, Waste Paper And Cardboard, Organic Waste/Gft, Bulky Waste, Wood And Glass. This Will Then Be Done On A Quotation Basis As A Further Assignment Under This Agreement. The Start Date Of The Agreement Is Expected To Be On January 1, 2025. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Is Two Years, After Which The Agreement Can Be Extended A Maximum Of Twice For A Period Of 1 Year. After This Term, The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law.
