The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Fuels For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Radnevo And The Municipal Enterprise Utility Activities And Infrastructure Maintenance Under Two Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Delivery Of Fuel For The Needs Of Official Vehicles Owned By The Municipality Of Radnevo 2024/2025. The Estimated Quantities Of Fuels For The Specific Item Are As Follows: - Gasoline A 95 - 13,000 L; - Diesel Fuel - 16,000 L; - Propane-Butane (Autogas) - 8,500 L. Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of Fuel For The Needs Of Official Cars Registered In The Assets Of Op Kdpi The Estimated Quantities Of Fuels For The Specific Item Are As Follows: - Gasoline A 95 – 10,500 L; - Diesel Fuel – 84,200 L; - Propane-Butane Gas - 4,280 L. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, And The Buyer (The Contracting Authority) Is Not Obliged To Declare The Entire Quantity Subject To The Contract. The Contract For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Concluded For A Period Of 1 (One) Year. Since The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Goods That Are Traded On A Commodity Exchange, According To A List Approved By An Act Of The Council Of Ministers, At The Proposal Of The Minister Of Finance, In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 4 Of The Zop, The Contract Will Be Concluded According To The Rules Of The Sofia Stock Exchange Jsc.
