Building Construction Work – Conversion Of Existing School Building And Construction Of A Single-Field Sports Hall, Bietigheim - Window And Glazing Work (Wooden, Aluminum Windows In Old Building). The Municipality Of Bietigheim/Baden Is Planning To Convert And Expand The Existing 3-Story School Building, With A Basement Into A 3-Room Elementary School With A New Cafeteria/Event Area And A Single-Field Sports Hall. The Old Building And The Caretakers Building Were Examined For Pollutants. Renovation On This Basis Is Carried Out On Site Before The Actual Construction Work Begins. At The Same Time, The Caretakers Building And The Eastern Entrance Porch Will Be Completely Demolished. Inside The Existing Building, The Entire Gutting And Demolition Of The Wooden Roof Structure Will Take Place. The Existing Building Will Receive An Extension On The East And West Sides With Additional Classrooms On The 1St And 2Nd Floors. All Parts Of The Building, With The Exception Of The Staircase On The North Side Of The Existing Building, Will Have Rail-Guided Front-Mounted Awnings Mounted On The Window Profiles To Provide Sun Protection. The Old Building Will Have Parapet-High Wood-Aluminum Windows, Exterior Doors And A Post-And-Beam Façade With Door And Window Elements. The New Building, Including The Sports Hall, Will Have Aluminum Post-Transom Facades, Exterior And Interior Doors, Which Will Be Advertised In A Separate List Of Services.
