The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Realization Of The Supply Of Lighting Fixtures And Structural Elements Of Public Lighting For The Reconstruction Of Public Lighting In The City Of Jičín, Including The Replacement Of Existing Lighting Fixtures With New Ones With An Led Source With Light Flux Regulation According To The Performed Light-Technical Calculations And Calculations Of Disturbing Light Proving The Fulfillment Of The Required Light-Technical Requirements, And Further Includes The Assembly Of Structural Elements And Lighting Fixtures And The Reconstruction Of Switchboards. 1St Part: Replacement Of Public Lighting - City Of Jičín In The 1St Part Of The Public Contract, A Total Of 670 Light Fixtures Are Intended For Replacement In Jičín. The Participant Must Declare And Prove The Saving Of Electricity Consumption In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Work In The Amount According To His Offer, At Least In The Amount Of 68.6% While Observing The Normative Values ​​For Street Lighting In Accordance With Čsn En 13 201, Čsn En 12 464-2 And Tkp15 ( See Attachment No. 1 Of This Zd For Details). The Participant Will Demonstrate The Above-Required Saving In Electrical Energy By Filling In The Installed Wattage Of The Luminaires Designed By Him In The Cover Sheet Of The Offer With The Resulting Data From The Table Specification Of Luminaires (See Annex Zd No. 8), While The Total Value Of The Installed Wattage Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Must Not Exceed 22970 W. Failure To Meet The Maximum Limit Of The Total Value Of The Installed Power Input Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Will Be Considered By The Contracting Authority As Non-Fulfillment Of The Tendering Conditions And Will Be A Reason For The Exclusion Of The Participant From The Tendering Procedure According To § 48 Paragraph 2 A) Zzvz. The Contracting Authority Requires The Participant To Submit Lighting Technical Calculations Processed According To The Requirements Or Recommendations Of Tni And Čsn For Outdoor Lighting, Proving That All Requirements Have Been Met. Furthermore, The Participant Will Document The Data On The Offered Luminaire In The Form Of A Technical Sheet And Related Documents, Which Will Show The Electrical And Light-Technical Parameters. Part 2: Replacement Of Public Lighting Ii. Stage – City Of Jičín In The 2Nd Part Of The Public Contract, A Total Of 683 Light Fixtures Are Intended For Replacement In Jičín. The Participant Must Declare And Prove The Saving Of Electricity Consumption In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Work In The Amount According To His Offer, At Least In The Amount Of 75% In Compliance With The Normative Values ​​For Road Lighting In Accordance With Čsn En 13 201, Čsn En 12 464-2 And Tkp15 (For Details See Attachment No. 1 Of This Zd). The Participant Will Demonstrate The Above-Required Saving In Electrical Energy By Filling In The Installed Wattage Of The Luminaires Designed By Him In The Cover Sheet Of The Offer With The Resulting Data From The Table Specification Of Luminaires (See Appendix Zd No. 8), While The Total Value Of The Installed Wattage Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Must Not Exceed 21310 W.
