The Cea/Irig Wishes To Acquire A “Cryogen Free” Dilution Refrigerator (Cryostat). This Contract Includes The Following Optional Options: - Option 1: The Provision Of A Bottom Loading System To Exchange A Sample Without Opening The Refrigerator. Such A Charger Must Allow Grounding Or Polarization Of The Sample During Charging. - Option 2: Transport, Insurance Included, According To The Dap Cea Grenoble Conditions (Incoterms Icc 2020 Convention). - Option 3: The Provision Of 12 Twisted Pairs (24 Wires In Total) From The Outer Ambient Temperature Flange To The Underside Of Plate 4 With Connector, A Resistance Of Each Wire Less Than 3 Ohm And A Break-Out Connector On The Plate 5. - Option 4: The Provision Of 24 Twisted Pairs (48 Wires In Total) From Flange At Room Temperature To Plate 1, Resistance Less Than 30 Ohm, Breakout Connectors On Plate 4. From Plate 1 At The Entrance To The Sample Location, Twisted Pairs May Have A Grounded Shield. - Option 5: The 48 Dc Lines Of Option 4 Can Also Be Offered In The Form Of 48 Thermocoax Type Lossy Coaxial Lines, With Suitable Terminations. - Option 6: The Provision Of 10 Matched 50 Ohm Cuni Semi-Rigid Coaxial Lines From The Ambient Temperature Flange To Below Plate 1 With Sma Connectors And Cryogenic Attenuators On Each Plate. Feed-Through Attenuators Are Preferred. Each Line From The Ambient Flange To Below Plate 1 Must Have Less Than 20 Db Insertion Loss From 0 To 18 Ghz And More Than 15 Db Return Loss In Either Direction From 0 To 18 Ghz In A System Matched To 50 Ohms. - Option 7: Supply Of A He3/He4 Mixture. - Option 8: Provision Of A 50 Ohm Matched Reading Semi-Rigid Coaxial Line From Below Plate 1 To Room Temperature Equipped With Nbti Superconducting Coaxial Lines From Plate 1 To Plate 4. This Line Should Also Include Parts For Thermal Anchoring Of An Amplifier Installed On Plate 4. This Option Must Also Include Specific Dc Bias Lines For The Amplifier, Separate From The Dc Wiring Of Options 3 And 4. - Option 9: Provision Of A Semi-Coaxial Line Rigid With Matched Reading Of 50 Ohm From Below Plate 1 To Room Temperature Equipped With Nbti Superconducting Coaxial Lines From Plate 1 To Plate 4 And A 4 To 8 Ghz Double Junction Cryogenic Circulator With A Cryogenic Load Of 50 Ohm In Order To Use The Circulator As A Thermally Anchored Isolator On Plate 1. This Line Should Also Include A Low Noise Cryogenic Amplifier With A Typical Bandwidth Of 4 To 8 Ghz And Noise Equivalent Temperature T<4K And Power Consumption Electrical Less Than 30 Mw For Greater Gain
