3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Needs Of The Łużna Commune.3.2 The Scope Of The Contract Includes: Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas For The Own Needs Of The Łużna Commune. The Order Concerns 14 Gas Intake Points, Which Are Buildings Located Within The Administrative Borders Of The Łużna Commune. An Element Of The Order Is Also The Procedure Of Changing The Supplier For Points For Which The Process Of Changing The Seller Takes Place Once Again (I.E. All Points Covered By The Proceedings), Including, In Cases Requiring It, Termination Of The Existing Comprehensive Agreements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Preparation And Presentation To The Ordering Party For Signature Of All Documents To Implement These Changes. 3.3 Required Delivery Parameters: Gas Will Be Supplied Under Contracts Containing Provisions On The Sale And Provisions On The Provision Of Gas Transmission/Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement). These Agreements Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997. Energy Law And The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code And Executive Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts. In The Field Of Excise Duty, The Provisions Of The Act Of 6 December 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 143, As Amended) Also Apply.3.4 Quantity Of The Contract: The Ordering Party Declares That The Total The Forecast Consumption Of Natural Gas Is Estimated For The Entire Period Covered By The Contract, I.E. 12 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Gaseous Fuel Supplied In This Period, Expressed In Energy Units, Is 692,730 Kwh. The Remaining Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Point 3 Of The Swz With Attachments.
