Non-Maintained And Independent Special Schools (NMISS) Placement Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)Description The London Borough Of Merton ("The Council") Is Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) To Make Placements For Children And Young People (CYP) With Education, Health And Care (EHC) Plans In The Non-Maintained And Independent Special Schools (NMISS). The Council Is Working With Adam HTT Ltd To Introduce A Web-Based System, Adam Procure, To Manage The DPS. Providers Who Wish To Supply Placements For Children And Young People (CYP) With Education, Health And Care (EHC) Plans In The Non-Maintained And Independent Special Schools (NMISS) Services To The Council Will Need To Register Online At Https://Www.Adamproviders.Co.Uk. The DPS Will Go Live On 3Rd April 2023 And Run For 5 Years, Expiring On 3Rd Of April 2028.
