Contract Section 3 B Operation And Quality Of Operation States The Concessioner s Authority To Provide Visitor Services Under The Terms Of This Contract Is Non Exclusive Given That This Contract Purports To Be For An Exclusive Ferry Service To The Park Can This Wording Be Clarified To Reflect That As An Exception To The Non Exclusivity Service Response Regulations Prohibit The Service From
