Tenders are invited for Design Manufacture and Supply of Standard Gauge 60 Kg UIC Turnouts and Scissors Cross overs for Delhi Ghaziabad Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System RRTS Corridor 1 India hereinafter called Borrower has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank ADB and the Asian Infrastructure Investment bank AIIB toward the cost of Delhi Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Investment Project Tranche 1 Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above The Borrower has sought to apply the joint co financing mechanism in accordance with the co financing framework agreement between ADB and AIIB Accordingly the procurement of works under this bidding is being done following ADB s Procurement Policies with the Blanket Waiver of Member countries as described in the Bidding Document 4 Only eligible Bidders with the following qualifications should participate in this bidding The Bidder must have Minimum average annual turnover of INR 648 Million or Equivalent calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for Supply contracts completed or under execution over the last five 5 years The Bidder must demonstrate that it has Successful completion of supply of at least 1000 sets of Turnouts One Scissors Cross over is equivalent to Four Turnouts within the last five 5 years ending the last day of the month previous to the month of bid submission The Bidder shall demonstrate that the it has supplied a minimum of 150 sets of ballastless turnouts 80 sets of ballasted turnouts and ten 10 sets of scissors crossovers for ballastless ballasted track within the last seven 7 years ending the last day of the month previous to the month of bid submission The Bidder shall demonstrate availability of or access to liquid
