Expression of Interest for Rehabilitation of Classrooms in Iran The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Iran intends to establish a Framework / Long-Term Agreement with qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of classrooms and school facilities in the following provinces: Tehran, Alborz, Razavi Khorasan, Markazi, Qom, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Kerman, and Yazd.
