Tenders are invited for Balance Work of Proposed City Traffic Building at Mihindu Mawatha, Colombo 12. Scope of Work: This building is of 11 storeyed including basement. Most of structural work of the building has been completed by previous stage. As part of first three storeys are already accommodated by Sri Lanka Police, work to be initiated from other areas with minimum disturbance to the Occupants. The Occupants may be shifted to finished area to undertake works in already accommodated area. The works consist of rectification work, civil work, finishing works and services including electrical work, plumbing works, installation of A/C, lift and PABX system, external works etc. Construction Period: 364 Days Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. No. 1 The eligible firm awarded, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall be registered in the field of building construction for Grade C2 or above with the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) and valid until the date of closing of bids. The registration should be maintained at the award of award. Bids shall be delivered on or before registered post to the Chairman, High Level Procurement Committee, Ministry of Housing, Constructions and Water Supply, C/o Director (Procurement), Procurement Division, 2nd Floor, No.35, Laksiyda Medura, New Parliament Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla to reach on or before 10:00 hrs on 25-06-2026. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Procurement Division, 2nd Floor, No.35, Laksiyda Medura, New Parliament Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid for a period of 147 Days from the date fixed for closing of Bids.
