Tenders are invited for Establishment of a Two-Year Framework Agreement for the Provision of Health Insurance Service NRC is seeking to engage the services of a reputable and licensed local & International company to provide Health Insurance services. The goal is to establish a Two-Year Framework Agreement that will support operations across various locations within Libya & Tunis.
