The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Renovation And Development Work On The Administrative Premises Of Intradel, Located Port De Herstal, Pré Wigy 20 In 4040 Herstal. During The Work, The Site In Its Current Configuration Will Only Be Partially Closed. The Intermunicipal Staff Will Therefore Continue To Operate Part Of The Site During The Work. Before Establishing His Price Offer, The Contractor Must Visit The Premises In Order To Assess The Importance And Location Of The Works To Be Carried Out. As A Result, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Supplement Resulting From A Poor Perception Of The Work. The Organization Of Work, The Supply Of Materials And The Execution Of The Work Will Take Into Account The Occupation Of The Site And Will Limit Noise, Dust And Other Nuisances To A Minimum. The Tenderer Undertakes To Take Measures To Reduce The Environmental Impact Of The Site (Methodological Note To Be Drawn Up, See Article 87 - Award Criteria, Of These Special Specifications). The Environmental Proposals, The Means Of Prevention, Etc. Are An Integral Part Of The Offer And Are Therefore Subject To The General Penalties Described In Article 45 Of The Royal Decree Of 01/14/2013. Bidders And, In Particular, The Successful Bidder, Will Not Lose Sight Of The Fact That The Work Is To Be Carried Out On An Active And Operational Site. The Continuity Of All Activities Will Be Ensured During The Construction Site. Under No Circumstances Can The Herstal Site Be Completely Closed For The Work To Be Carried Out.
