Request for proposals for Staff Medical Insurance Provision of comprehensive medical insurance coverage for Coalition for Humanity (CH) staff and their eligible dependents, with access to accredited medical facilities within South Sudan, across East Africa and the rest of Africa. The insurance cover should include: 1. Outpatient benefit: up to USD 2,500 per member per year 2. Inpatient benefit: up to USD 20,000 per member per year The provider should offer quotations under three categories: 1. Member only 2. Member plus one dependent 3. Member plus two dependents The service provider will ensure a wide hospital network, efficient claims management, 24-hour emergency support, and timely processing of reimbursements and pre-authorizations. Submission Deadline: 20th November 2025 Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: RFP for Framework Agreement [Category Number and Name] and delivered to CH Head office in Juba, or sent electronically to tenders@ch-int.org (PDF format, not exceeding 10MB). Late submissions will not be accepted. Coalition for Humanity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal wholly or in part and is not bound to award any contract as a result of this invitation.
