Tender For Various Types Of Repairing Work In Air Pollution Control System At Bhoiwada Phase I And Phase Ii Cemetery- Bhoiwada phase II: Monoblock pumpsets:2 H. P. single / three phase motor, with head of (15- 26 mtr.) giving discharge of (4.4 – 1.5 lps) (50 x40mm ).Pump body: Cast Iron, Impeller: Cast Iron, Shaft SS410 2 Bhoiwada phase II: Fabrication & Supply of MS Tank for water scrubber sump tank having size as per existing at APC:: Rubber Coating (Lining) on the Entire Inside portion with 5 mm thick rubber lining; Complete Painting of Sump tank from the outside with one coat of Anti-corrosive Red ox- ide and two-Coat of Enamel Paint. Sump tank will be connected directly to the pump. Incoming fresh water line connec- tion will be separate. Water from scrub- ber will enter from top of the Sump- Tank. Tank will have drain valve to drain water once in a month. Sump tank is to be painted from the out- side with one coat of Anti-corrosive Red oxide and two-Coat of Enamel Paint 3 Bhoiwada phase II: Removal of Old Corroded Sump Tank from existing foundation and installation of new sump tank on existing foundation with required plumbing hardware. 4 Bhoiwada phase II: Dismantling of faulty dampers from existing 600mm dia SS304 duct. Modifying the dampers by replacing eroded spindle system. Reinstallation of the dampers in the duct with new SS bolts. Incuding scafollding needed for the work. 5 Bhoiwada phase I: Supply of new Fabricated foundation frame for Blower and Blower motor. The frame to be fabricated using 100mm ISMC and to be grouted in civil foundation with SS foundation bolts. The frame should match the dimensions of blower and motor so that perfect alignment is maintained. Item is inclusive of all civil work necessary to complete the job. 6 Bhoiwada phase I & II:Dismantling of Scrubber blower. Taking apart blower, straightening of impeller vanes, re-welding of broken welds and straightening of casing, replacing faulty bearings, rebalancing of blower Dismantling of 40hp blower motor. Replacement of faulty bearings, Overhauling and winding varnishing, balancing of rotor, reinstalling of motor with new coupling. Reassembling of blower and motor and re-commissioning. 7 Bhoiwada phase I & II: Work of Supply and installation of electrical panel: C.R.C.A steel of 14 SWG for panel, 16 SWG for door shall be used. The panel shall have 25 x25x 3 mm M.S. Angle frame, I.S.M.C. at base, 60 x10 mm S.S. 304 bolts, nuts spring washer , reversible lifting eye/hook, self-draining provision, doors with insulated thumb screw, powder coated knobs, lockable handles, name plates, rating plates & label for caution notice (danger board) with proper description/ details. External and internal white labels shall be engraved and filled with black colour. The switch gears, tinned copper bus bars, separatecompartmentsfor feeders,bus bars & switchgears, current carrying capacity as per I.S.standard, voltmeter, ammeter, energy meter. Power factor meter, hour meter & R,Y, B, indicators shall be provided. I&T/ Siemens make components only be used. The panel drawing shall be got approved before fabrication. The panel shall be duly painted & grouted as per site requirement.
