Tender For Provision Of Approach Road And Exit Road At Hisar Mil Stn; 1 Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed 3 Rolling and Consolidating formation surface in cutting by using Power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for 200 mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled consolidated to required gradient and camber using power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne for rolling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate of rolling with road roller is included in the quoted rate by contractor. However any misunderstanding shall not be entertained at later stage. 5 M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm eachgrading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. 6 M&L for 20 mm thick sand cushioning layer including spreading and levelling complete all as specified & directed. 7 M&L for polythene film of white colour, heavy duty 150 micron thick, laid over sand cushioning layer complete all as specified & directed Note : (i)Portion of overlaping of sheet may not considered for payment purpose, however overlaping shall be provided as specified and directed. 8 M& L for Cement concrete in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ Square centimetres in filed using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 20cm or lesslaid in bays including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.Note:- (a) The Contractors quoted rate shall be applicable for use of 400 Kg/Cum of cement on mentioned in the above item.(b) Mix design for PQC shall be carried out as per IRC 44:2017 or its latest version with minimum cement content of 360 Kg/cum.(c) In case, quantity of cement as per actual Design mix work out to be less than the qty mentioned in the description of item, than the actual quantity as per design mix shall be used in the work. In this regard minus price adjustment @ Rs. 7.00 per Kg of Cement used shall be recovered from the payment dues.(d) In case, quantity of cement as per actual Design mix work out to be more than the qty mentioned in the description of item, than the quantity of actual as per design mix shall be used in the work without any extra to Govt. The contractor will take into account this aspect while quoting his bid/tender.(f) Rate includes the followings:-(i)Use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hard standing in bays between joints & construction, expension joints/or between two construction joints for thickness of payment.(ii) Cost of test to be carried out as specified to establish quality control.(iii) For measurement purpose, deduction shall be made for expension joints. 9 Finishing surface of concrete road pavements by brooming etc. complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for forming construction (dummy) joint 65mm deep x10mm wide,filed with sealing compound grade "B"for 200 mm thick complete all as specified & directed. 11 M&L for forming 12mm, thick Expansion joint"s with pre-formed Bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade "A" for 200mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified.Note : Applicable for item No 10 & 11 :- Unit rates of these items included for any extra formwork if required to form joints. 12 M&L for 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) moourm/red bajari spreding and levelling in layers not exceeding for 15cm thick including consolidating with power roller capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed Note : The rate of rolling with road roller is included in the quoted rate by contractor. However any misunderstanding shall not be entertained at later stage. 13 Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc30cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc n exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) for making the payment purpose, 20% deduction shall be made as bulkage of sand/earth.(ii) Before carring the earth , the quality of earth shall be got approved by GE and nothing extra shall be made on account of any misunderstanding at later stage. 14 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil of all kind of soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in concrete bed for drain/hume pipe 600mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L Reinforced concrete drain pipe 600mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.Note:- The PCC for this item shall be executed under item No. 18 here-in-before. 19 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5MM graded stone aggregate) as in coping on top of parapet wall etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.. 20 S&F PVC (SWR) pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in wall as a weep holes bore of pipe 75mm complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L Stone Boulder pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly complete all as specified and directed.Note : Size of boulder shall be as per Para 6.4.2 of SSR Part-I (2009) 22 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 24 Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 250 m but n exc . 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L Reinforced concrete drain pipe, 200mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in sub base complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 450mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed. 29 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
