Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Equipment ( Photocopiers / Fax Machines / Finger Marking Machines / Cash Counting Machines / Duplicating Machines) Perfected application should be sent by registered post to be received before 10.00 am on 20.11.2025 to the address of Chairman, Ja-ela Urban Council, Ja-ela or hand delivered upon making payments "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors for the Year 2026" should be mentioned at the top left corner of envelopes enclosing applications. Rs.2000.00 should be paid for one item and payment as per contract as mentioned above should be paid and if registered for several items separate application fee should be paid for each of the items and fees should be made separately. If applications are sent by post, cheque drawn in favour of Chairman, Ja-ela Urban Council may be submitted. For contracts above the value of Rs. 5,000,000.00, contractors should have been registered with Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD) and a copy of relevant certificate should be submitted with application.
