Color Video Monitors – Delivery And Installation Of Multimedia Equipment In Connection With The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Multimedia Part Of The Permanent Exhibition Of The Family Home Of The Holy Father John Paul Ii Museum In Wadowice. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Assembly Along With Configuration, Uploading Multimedia Content To The Equipment And Its Full Commissioning In Connection With The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Multimedia Part Of The Permanent Exhibition Of The Family Home Of The Holy Father John Paul Ii Museum In Wadowice, Including: 1. Delivery And Assembly Of Devices Together With Their Configuration And Commissioning; 2. Preparation Of Technical (As-Built) Documentation; 3. Conducting Operating Instructions (Training) For The Ordering Partys Employees; 4. Provision Of Warranty Service And Technical Support. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Multimedia Content In The Agreed Formats And Dates. The Contractor Will Confirm Acceptance With A Checklist (With A List Of Files And Checksums) And Is Responsible For Their Correct Implementation And Playback At The Workstations. All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New (Unused, Unrefurbished, Unfabricated), Free From Defects And Originating From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market Or The European Economic Area Market. All Devices And Fastening Elements (Handles, Supporting Structures) Must Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity And Meet Safety Requirements And Relevant Emc Standards. The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Declarations Along With As-Built Documentation. The Equipment Must Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Museum Family Home Of The Holy Father John Paul Ii In Wadowice, Ul. Kościelna 7, 34-100 Wadowice. The Delivery Includes Bringing It To The Ordering Partys Premises, Unpacking, Initial Verification Of Completeness On Site And Disposal Of Packaging In Accordance With The Regulations. At The Ordering Partys Premises, The Equipment Must Be Installed, Configured And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. As Part Of The Commissioning, The Contractor Will Program The Basic Functions Of The Control System, Including At Least: Exposure On/Off Schedule, The Ability To Manually Activate Individual Stations And Adjusting The Volume Levels For Stations With Sound Systems. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Warranty Service To The Ordering Party For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3 To This Terms Of Reference. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Certificates, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Described In The Standards, Certificates, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And The Annexes, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Swz And Annexes. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered Equivalent, But Only One
