Note : WPC will be paid separately 48.00 Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 49.00 Material and labour for Water proofing roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm five layers with center core as 100 micron HMHPDE film sand witched between two layers of polymeric (Static polythene based) between laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMDPF film over a coat of hot blown bitumen with 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bituminous emulsion @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm on plastered surface. Water proofing membrane should be laid with over laps 150 mm at ends and 75 mm for sides and shall be bounded uniformity by LPG torch flame over the polymeric water proofing membranes apply semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm dusted sand over the coat of the coat @0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying aluminium reflective paint over it as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractors quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. 50.00 Material and labour for point wiring with 1100 Volts, grade 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable drawn through and including non metallic medium duty rigid PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia or higher size complete including factory made MS pressed modular metal flush boxes with zinc coated duly concealed in wall of thickness 1.6 mm for mounting of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including logic modular white frame with cover plates of suitable size/module as required at site and 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable green colour as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes including taking down existing unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as existing for the followings: NOTES :- (i) The wiring to be done as per IE rule and as per colour code.(ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases by chase cutter in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using necessary accessories/fittings. (iii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (iv) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. 51.00 Supply and fix Modular switch single pole, one way, 6 Amps, 1 module, complete all as specified and as directed. 52.00 Supply and fix ceiling rose, three terminal ISI marked surface bakelite suitable for batten fitting complete all as specified and directed. 53.00 Supply and fix energy efficient LED tube light fittings 20 Watts, 230 volts with efficiency of not less than 100 lumens per watt, PC extruded body with PC diffuser including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and directed. 54.00 Supply and fix distribution board SPN 4 Way double door, for mounting MCBs isolator, ELCBs etc factory made fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral and earthing link and bus bar 100 Amps rating of IP 43 protection and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles/glands complete all as specified and directed. 55.00 Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 10 KA 6- 32 Amp C series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed. 56.00 Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 10 KA 6 to 32 Amp C series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed. 57.00 Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 single core wire for phase and neutral and one run of earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty FRLSH copper conductor multistranded drawing in and including 20 mm dia or higher medium duty PVC concealed conduit with accessories and fittings including one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable copper conductor multistranded as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete including cutting chases for conduits etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as existing for the followings sizes of wires all as directed. Note : (i) The wiring to be done as per IE rule and as per colour code. (iI) Two run of single core PVC cable with two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.(iiI) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs) (a) 2 x 4.0 sq. mm + 1 x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire, complete all as specified and directed. 58.00 NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 3000.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
