Tender For S.D.P- Pamba-Envtl-M&M Festival In 1201 M.E (Including Monthly Pooja February2026)-Overhauling And Operation Of Incinerator Unit Ii & Iiiincluding Supply Of Spares And Labour (New Inc) - PART I M&M festival in 1201 M.E-Overhauling and operation of Incinerator Unit II & III 2 Maintenance to the droplet separator unit of each Incinerator by dismantling the unit from the incinerator assembly , and de-ashingthe same using suitable chemical solution,Re assembling the unitusing newhigh quality gasket, nuts, boltsand painting using heat resistant hammer tone painting .The work includesrepairing and cleaningof ‘U’ bend connecting the droplet separator with ID fan consumables. 3 Maintenanceto the ventury scrubbingunitof each incineratorby dismantlingall the water inlet connectionsfrom the unit, cleaning the spray nozzles, inside surface, dampermechanism,thermo welland re assembling the unit using new gaskets, nuts bolts etc. the defective gaskets, nuts bots , . The rate inclusive all taxes cost of consumables etc. 4 Dismantling, overhauling, cleaning,and minor repair works to the FD fan assembly .The work includes complete cleaning of the impeller, motor, coupling and re assembling , andnecessary patch workto the casing and painting . The rate inclusive of all taxes transportation and cost of consumables. 5 Maintenance, repairing and complete overhauling of primary chamber. (2 set) Cleaning the refractory lined furnace walls, arch, Patch work to therefractory liningand insulation layer using fire create cement ,bricks etc ,making good the refractory linedcharging door and ash doors using castables, and ceramic wool. The rate also includes complete painting (2 coats) of primary chamber out surface using heat resistant aluminium paint.The rates inclusive of all taxes, charges for tools and tackles, consumables and transportation charges. 6 Maintenance, repairing and complete overhauling of secondary chamber . (2 set)Cleaning the refractory lined furnace walls, arch, Patch work to therefractory liningand insulation layer using fire create cement ,bricks etc ,making good the refractory linedash doors using castables, and ceramic wool. The rate also includes complete painting (2 coats)of secondary chamber out surface using heat resistant aluminium paint.The rates inclusive of all taxes, charges for tools and tackles, consumables and transportation charges. 7 Dismantling of horizontalrefractory lined duct connecting the secondary chamber with ventury scrubber ,removing the defective refractory layer form the duct, cleaning and re casting the duct using refractory cement (grade whytete/K).the work also includes providing necessary ‘Y’ type jagers inside the surface forstrengthening the refractory lining.The rate inclusive of all taxes cost of consumables , all tools , tackles , like tri-pole forlifting the duct. 8 Complete dismantling ofmono -bloc burner assembly in primary and secondary chamber for the incinerators, cleaning of electrodes, solenoid valves, blower fans, transformer, burner rod, nozzle, photocell, sight glass, diffuser plate, cone etc., Reassembling and tuning of burner assembly for proper combustion of system. The rate inclusive of all taxes. 9 Labour charges for cleaning of fuel day tank, fuel lines, fuel filter , Rectification of leakages to the fuel line, valves, fuel pump, Replacement of gland packing, gaskets, oil seal for both the incinerators . The rate is inclusive ofall taxes etc 10 Labour charges for checking and necessary repairs of control panel board and related parts of Incinerator ensuring perfect and trouble free operation of all switches, contactors, OLR, MCBs, fuses, sequence controller, temperature controller, RTD, thermocouple, motors, photocell, visual and alarm monitors, limit switches, indication lamps, etc. andcleaning of all terminals using Carbon tetra chloride, painting of panel board. 11 Dismantling overhauling cleaning and minor repair works to the ID fan assembly.The work includes reassembling the blower unit, motor, shaft, impeller, bearing block, in proper alignment and carrying out necessary cleaning and surface finishing for the outer casing, , necessary patch work to the casing and repainting using heat resistant hammer tone paint and labour charges for replacing of bearings ,greasing of bearing and dyanamic balancing of impeller .The rate inclusive of all taxes transportation and cost of consumables. 12 Supply and fixing impeller for ID fan mde of 4mm thick back plate, 3mm thick from plate fixed to 40mm dia shaft . The rate inclusive of charges for machining the shaft hub, balancing the impeller, aligning the impeller to the shaft using key and bolt, assembling the imeller to the fan assembly etc 13 Design, supply, fabrication of MS duct for replacing the defective duct portion between droplet seperator and ID fan,emergency stack, ID to chimney etchaving 400 mm dia, 4mm thick, with mitter bend flanges, drain point, etc. coated with 2 coats of aluminum paint. The rate is inclusive of dismantling of existing duct, transportation charges etc 14 Charges for replacing the defective re cirulation water line from the Re cirulation pump to the venury scrubber usingMS C class pipe, SS 304 SCH 40 pipeincludingnecessary fittigs like bend, flanges, packing bolt & Nut with allwelding / cutting consumables and labour.
