The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Nas (Network Attached Storage) Devices.1. The Scope And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. All Devices Must Be Brand New - Unused, Legal, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Functional, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Not Withdrawn From Production, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Complete.3. The Delivered Equipment Covered By The Order Must Guarantee Its Safe Use And Not Pose A Threat To The Health Of Users.4. New Equipment, With Peripheral Devices And Accessories As Well As The Necessary Software Enabling Use As Intended.5. The Equipment Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense. The Remuneration Also Includes All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: The Cost Of Transport And Unloading And Any Other Costs That The Contractor Will Incur In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, If Any.6. Providing Warranty And Service Support In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Opz.7. The Ordering Party Allows Devices Equivalent In Terms Of Technical And Functional Parameters To The Devices Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz.
