The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Winter Maintenance Services For Municipal Roads, Hereinafter Abbreviated As Zud (Rural Municipality Areas), In The Winter Season 2025/2026, Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall.2. Winter Road Maintenance Services (Zud) Include, In Particular: 1) Removal Of Snow (Snow Removal) Lying On Roads, Roadsides And Accompanying Facilities, E.G. Bus Bays And Parking Lots, 2) Elimination Of Slipperiness On The Surface Of Municipal Roads On Sections That Determine The Possibility Of Driving. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 3) Current, Constant Monitoring Of The Filling Level Of 15 Boxes With A Capacity Of 250 Liters With Sand/Salt And Their Systematic Refilling. The Contractor Will Provide Sand/Salt On His Own.4) Clearing The Area Of ​​Accumulated Sand, Mud, Etc. After The End Of The Winter Season Within A Maximum Of 15 Days From Its End3. The Winter Season Is Understood As The Period From The Start Of The Winter Season - No Later Than December 15, 2025. Until The End Of The Winter Season On March 31, 2026, The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Start Date Of The Season By E-Mail To The Address Indicated By The Contractor. After The End Of The Winter Season, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Cleaning Works Within 15 Days From The Date Of Its End.4.
