1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Biały Dunajec Commune In The Winter Season 2025-2026 As Part Of Part I. Roads Of The Sierockie - Leszczyny Region. Road Lengths: Asphalt Roads - 6.25 Km; Gravel Roads 0.91 Km; Squares And Parking Lots 800 M2; Sidewalks 1.73 Km2. A Detailed List Of Roads On Which The Services Covered By This Procedure Will Be Performed, Along With The Division Into Parts, Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure For Part No. 1, Referred To Above, Will In Particular Consist In Performing Activities Related To Winter Road Maintenance, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, I.E. The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Application Of Measures That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005 Year, No. 230, Item 1960), Which Will Consist In: 1) Snowing Roads By Removing Snow From: - Roads And Roadsides, - Sidewalks And Bridge Structures, - Stairs, - Parking Bays And Maneuvering Areas For Turning Around Public Transport, And Combating Winter Slipperiness By Preventing And Removing All Its Forms Using A Roughening Material And/Or Chemicals Along Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance Of Roads And The Above-Mentioned Facilities, 2) Clearing Snow From Designated Sections Of Sidewalks By Removing Snow From The Sidewalk Surface And Combating Winter Slipperiness By Preventing And Removing All Its Forms Using Roughening Material And/Or Chemicals Within Sidewalks Subject To Maintenance, Note. For Clearing Snow From Sidewalks And Narrow Streets, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Equipment With Appropriate Parameters Enabling Proper Maintenance Of Both Sidewalks And Narrow Streets And Parking Lots. 3) Activities Related To Loading And Removing Snow From The Road Within All Sidewalks Located On Municipal Roads At The Request Of The Ordering Party, 4) Installation Of 150 Cm High Snow Nets Made Of The Contractors Own Materials In Places Determined By The Ordering Party.5) Activities Related To Post-Winter Road Cleaning.4. The Material To Be Used To Combat Slipperiness On Roads Is Stone Grit Of Fractions 2-8 Mixed With Road Salt In A Ratio Of 3:1.5. The Contractor Will Receive Gps Devices From The Employer For Installation In The Snow Removal Vehicle. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Voltage In The Vehicle For The Proper Operation Of The Gps Device Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Return The Gps Devices Provided By The Ordering Party Within 7 Days After The Completion Of The Service.
