The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Roadside Greenery Growing In The Vicinity Of Bridge Structures Located Along District Roads In Żywiec County In 2025 (Trimming Of Trees And Shrubs, Care Of Tree Crowns - Along With Cleaning The Area).2. The Detailed Scope And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By: 1) Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 2) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 3) Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 4) List Of Roads With Changes Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz; 5) Bridge Records - Photos, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3. Within The Framework Specified In The Above-Mentioned In The Bill Of Quantities, All Temporary And Accompanying Auxiliary Works Must Also Be Performed Which Are Necessary For The Contractor To Properly Perform The Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Including Works Resulting From The Technical Specification.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Services In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Taking Into Account The Contractors Obligations Arising From The Offer Submitted In The Procedure. 5. The Ordering Party Also Reserves That The Quantities Given In The Annexes To The Swz Described In Point 2 Above Are Estimates, Therefore These Quantities May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Arising During The Duration Of The Contract.
