Tender For Renovation Of North Wing Of Ship Building Complex.; 1 Providing and fixing temporary fencing using green net in two layers of ht approximately 300-350cms fixed on vertical posts and horrizontal members using pipes /square tubes properly fixed using welding to line and level and fixing green net using GI wire /ties at locations pointed out by the engineer in charge and removal of the same after the completion of work (material shall be taken back after the completion of work ).Rate including costs of all materials, labour etc complete . 2 Demolishing R.C.C / P.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars,breaking in to small pieces (approx 15cm) and disposal of unserviceable material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour,other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 3 Demolishing brick work/solid block manually / by mechanical means including breaking into small pieces and disposal of unserviceable material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour,other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 4 Dismantling and removing tiles setincement mortar in floor including cleaning and stacking, serviceable materials and removing the debris within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour,other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 5 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish within 5Km lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour, scaffolding,other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 6 Dismantling, removing and loweringwooden frame work, wooden partition, planked sheeting , cladding, or other partitions stacking serviceable materials & removing the unserviceable material within 5km lead asper direction of Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour, scaffolding, other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 7 Dismantling AC sheet ceiling including suppports up to height of 5metres including conveying and stacking the dismantled materials at the places pointed out by the Engineer-in-charge. Rateincluding all labour, scaffolding, other incidentals, hire for tools and plants etc complete. 8 Dismantling doors,windows ,ventilator (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave,hold fast etc. complete and stacking at the places pointed out by the Engineer-in-charge. 9 Providing Form work,Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping using shuttering sheet,supporting beams, supporting jacks,wooden planks and other incidentals etc. including removal of formwork after completion of work and clearing all materials and cost and conveyance of all materials labour etc 10 Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (CI/PVC/Vitrious China),wash basin, kitchen sink, urinal pans of all sizes . 11 Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (CI/PVC/Vitrious China),wash basin, kitchen sink, urinal pans of all sizes . 12 All valves up to 65mm, stop cocks and taps, shower roses, Mirrors, soap trays, towel rods,health fauset of all sizes etc. 13 Dismantling the G.I/PVC pipes of any diameter (with specials and other fittings) from wall/floor including cutting and disposal of dismantled materials at the places pointed out by the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement of grade Fe-500D to size and shape including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for uncoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, lapping or welding etc. complete including cost of reinforcement. (Rate is inclusive of cost of 22g binding wire.) 15 Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm I.S. nominal size hard granite broken stone forthe following items including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost of form work etc. complete, excludingcost and fabrication charges of steel reinforcement etc. 16 Providing and layingcement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm I.S. nominal size hard granite broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete. 17 Supplying, fabricating and erectingof mild steel tubular (round, square and rectangular hollow tubes) of any size and weight by straightening, cutting and welding using as per approved drawing or as instructed, erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including applying one coat of zinc chromate primer & two coats synthetic enamel paint, hire charges for tools and plants,scaffolding, cost of electrodes, wastage, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. 18 Supplying, Fabrication of all types of structural steel works by straightening,cutting,welding & painting with aluminium paint on all types of steel sections plates,flats of any size and weight as per approved drawing or as instructed,erecting in positionto line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including hire charges for toolsand plants, scaffolding, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Providing and constructing 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size solid concrete block masonry in CM 1:5 in walls of superstructure work , using best quality solid concrete blocks including cost & conveyance of all materials, scaffolding, curing, racking joints, watering, labour, delivery, handling, unloading, storing of all materials, wastage, return of packings, etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. 20 Providing and constructing 30x20x10cm solid concrete block masonry in CM 1:5 in walls of superstructure , using best quality solid concrete blocks including cost & conveyance of all materials, scaffolding, curing, racking joints, watering, labour, delivery, handling, unloading, storing of all materials, wastage,etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. 21 Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm or nearest available size thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth levelwith RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately). 22 Plastering with CM 1:4, 12mm thick floated hard and trowelled smooth for walls including watering, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ,scaffolding, handling, unloading, finishing,casing made in the wall for electrical / plumbing works other incidentals etc complete. including costs of cement. 23 Painting on walls with two coat ofinterior emulsion paint of premium quality and colour over one coat cement primer after rubbing and cleaning the surface using wire brush, sand paper etc. wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour,scaffolding other incidentals etc. complete. 24 With one coat of putty 25 Without putty 26 Painting on new wallswith two coats of Premium quality exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over one coat of cement primer after rubbing and cleaning the surface using wire brush, sand paper etc. wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding other incidentals etc. complete. 27 Providing and laying water proofing treatment inbathroom / toilets etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. (Basic rate of tile = ₹565/m2 excluding GST) 29 Providing and laying approved type Step Tiles(Restile/khajaria or equivalent ) of size 900x300mm or nearest available size as approved by Engineer in Charge, set in CM 1:3 20mm thick and adding necessary cement grout for the proper binding of the tiles to line and level, pointing the joints with coloured cement to match with the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour other incidentals etc. complete,including cost of cement.
