|Description||Swanline Print Ltd and Swanline Paper & Board (SPB), sister companies under the umbrella of the recently formed Swanline Print Group, are planning a stunning double debut to showcase their unique materials and trade services at the UK Corrugated Industry Trade Show (20-21 September, Hilton Birmingham Metropole, NEC Birmingham), the only industry specific trade show in the UK this year.
The show is hosted by the Sheet Plant Association, and features a packed exhibition of trade suppliers to the corrugated sector, break-out sessions focusing on issues that affect sheet plants, and a gala dinner and auction aimed at raising money for charity.
Swanline Print will be demonstrating its versatility as a trade supplier of litho, digital and screen printed products from packaging to point of sale displays. With design being so fundamental to creating solutions that are functional yet visually appealing, Swanline’s stand is designed and made in house from some of the very materials that give their customers an edge in the market.
Following its launch earlier in 2016, Swanline Paper & Board will showcase its unrivalled range of sustainable substrates that not only meet or exceed performance demands but are also no more expensive than less eco-friendly equivalents. At the show SPB will exhibit not one but two completely different new products under its market leading Cygnus brand: one an amazing water resistant display board and the other an exciting reusable printable film.
Group Chief Executive, Nick Kirby explained: “We’re keeping tight-lipped on all the features and benefits but one thing I can say is that both substrates will withstand an unprecedented amount of punishment, and the potential for applications across multiple sectors is absolutely massive. Come and find us at the show or call us direct to find out more – we look forward to showing off our new innovations to you!
“Being a recognised and respected partner to so many sheet plants is not something that we take for granted and we constantly work to improve our offerings. From service to materials and choice of print process, we are committed to continuous product improvement.”
Swanline Print Group represents a unique proposition through its linked supply chain of Swanline Paper & Board, Swanline Print and the joint venture business Corrboard - a manufacturer of corrugated board. As a specialist 100% trade-only services provider to the corrugated packaging and point-of-sale markets, Swanline Print offers an unrivalled portfolio of print, conversion and finishing services available under one roof.
The company invests in specialist machinery so its customers don’t have to. And it has a team of experts – including an award-winning constructional design team – on hand to advise every step of the way. The design team enhances the quality and turnaround time of any POS or packaging project, from functional counter displays and shelf ready packaging to elaborate novelty packs and floor standing display units.
