General Procurement Notice Gpn For Public Finance Management Reform GrantMinistry Of Finance S Public Finance Development Strategy To 2025 By Improving The Legal Framework And Institutional Capacity For Budget Preparation And Execution Revenue Management And Public Procurement The Grant Will Include The Following Components Component 1 Improved Domestic Revenue Mobilization This Component Will Support The Strengthening Of The Legal Framework And Improve Tax Administration Processes Focusing On The Large Tax Segment Component 2 Enhanced Budget Preparation And Execution And Public Sector Governance This Component Will Improve Of Budgetary Transparency Budget Preparation And Execution Processes Including Activities To Prepare A Financial Management Information System Fmis And Strengthen Governance Capacity Including The Provision Of Ict Equipment For The Ministry Of Home Affairs Moha Component 3 Strengthened Public Procurement This Component Will Strengthen The Mof S Implementation Capacity For The New Public Procurement Law And To Provide Training To Relevant Stakeholders Component 4 Public Financial Management Pfm Reform And Program Coordination This Component Will Support Implementation Of The Government S Pfm Reform Dissemination Of Public Expenditure And Financial Accountability Pefa Assessments And Strengthening The Project Implementation Unit Piu To Manage And Implement Project Activities Provide Fiduciary Oversight And Provision Of Office Equipment For The Piu Procurement Of Contracts Will Be Conducted Through The Procedures As Specified In The World Bank S Procurement Regulation And Is Open To All Eligible Individuals As Defined In The Procurement Regulations The World Bank Shall Arrange The Publication On Its External Website Of The Agreed Initial Procurement Plan And All Subsequent Updates Once It Has Provided A No Objection
